Dave Reilly serves as Commissioner of Management and Budget for Albany County, where he oversees the County’s financial planning, budgeting, and fiscal operations. He has held progressively senior leadership roles within the department since 2016, including Deputy Commissioner and Acting Commissioner, bringing continuity and deep institutional knowledge to his current position. Prior to joining Albany County, Reilly built a strong foundation in finance and operations through roles with leading investment and asset management firms, including Janus Capital Group, Senator Investment Group, Avenue Capital Group, and Mutual of America. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Finance from the University of Delaware.
