Amy Thompson serves as the Chief Financial Officer for Advanced Albany County Alliance, the Albany Business Development Corporation as well as the Albany County IDA and CRC.
Previously Ms. Thompson was a manager for BST & Co, CPAs LLC., an accounting firm based in Albany, New York. Ms. Thompson was responsible for handling many non-profit clients including Capitalize Albany Corporation, City of Albany IDA and CRC and the Albany Convention Center Authority as well as many other local public sector companies.
Prior to BST & Co CPAs LLC., Ms. Thompson was a senior accountant for eight years with New York Oncology Hematology. She was responsible for the day-to-day accounting operations for eight locations throughout the Capital District as well as offices located in Rochester and Pennsylvania.
Ms. Thompson is a graduate of SUNY Empire State College where she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting.
