Albany, N.Y.The Advance Albany County Alliance, in partnership with Albany County, Gramercy Group, and LiRo-Hill, will host a public informational event on Monday, March 2, 2026, from 5:30 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. at the North Albany American Legion (35 N. First Street, Albany, NY). This event will provide an overview of the Central Warehouse Abatement and Demolition project, including scope of work, the project timeline, and progress to date. Attendees will also have the opportunity to ask questions and share feedback with project leaders. Community members are encouraged to attend to stay informed and engaged as this significant redevelopment effort moves forward.
