The Albany County Pine Hills Land Authority (ACPHLA) announced major progress on its “Reimagine Saint Rose” initiative, an effort to shape the future of the former College of Saint Rose campus through inclusive, community-centered planning. At its September 11 board meeting, the consultant teams, CPL, Cresa and River Street Planning presented updates on Phase I – Site Analysis and Data Collection, now nearing completion. Work has included background and utility assessments, evaluations of existing buildings, and demographic and market studies.
